I sit alone and I smile alone;
Play alone and laugh alone;
But I'm always so happy even when I'm alone;
Not because I'm alone;

But because whenever I sit alone;
I always recall the memories of togetherness;
You always bring me joy and happiness;
You know how to make me laugh and cover my sadness;
You give me helping hands to cover my laziness;
Time and tide won't allow me write down all your kindness;

I recall sometimes we fought and had arguments;
But it wasn't long before we showed forgiveness;
You are a special friend beyond compliments;
Thinking of you gives me joy beyond merriment;

Together we overcame fear;
And for each other we wiped our tears;
Wherever you are my dear;
Always remember I'm at your rear;

I won't forget you in hurry;
I'll always keep your space in my memory;
You would always be present in my story;
And together we'll shine in Glory;

I wish you well My Dear Friend;
You were and are truly A Friend indeed...
